Who needs document request software?

Anyone who repeatedly collects a defined packet of files from other people. That is accountants gathering tax documents, bookkeepers onboarding a client, insurance and mortgage brokers assembling applications, lawyers collecting intake paperwork, and agencies onboarding new accounts.
