Which address, for what
Product, pricing and onboarding: hello@dokutrak.com. Tell us your profession, how many people review client files, and the documents you ask clients for most. That is enough to say whether DokuTrak fits, and which plan. If it does not fit, we will say so and point you to the kind of tool that does; our comparisons are written the same way.
Billing: hello@dokutrak.com as well. You can cancel from inside the app without writing to anyone. Verified non-profits, legal aid organizations and solo practitioners in their first year of practice get a discount, described on the pricing page.
Security questionnaires and vulnerability reports: security@dokutrak.com. Our security page lists the controls in place, the subprocessors and what is not claimed yet. For a report, include the affected URL, the steps to reproduce and the expected impact, and never send customer files or secrets.
Privacy and data requests: arthur@dokutrak.com. DokuTrak is operated by GETTIN, a French company, which is the data controller for workspace and billing data. The privacy policy explains what is kept and for how long, and the legal notice gives the company details.
