Pricing questions

How does the 14-day trial work?

You choose a plan and add a card, but there is no upfront charge. For 14 days, you can run real client requests. On day 15, the selected plan starts unless you cancel first.

Which plan should I choose?

Solo is for one practitioner, Team covers 5 seats, and Agency covers 25 seats with a larger AI validation allowance.

Do I need to sign an annual contract?

No. Monthly plans are available without an annual contract. You cancel in the app without a retention call.

What happens to my documents if I cancel?

Download everything you need before you cancel: while your account is active, every document stays downloadable from its request, alongside the full request history. After cancellation, everything is permanently deleted from our systems, including backups, within 90 days per our data-retention policy.

Why is there no free plan?

DokuTrak handles sensitive client documents, reminders, validation, storage, and audit history. A trial lets you test the full workflow without creating a weak free tier that cannot support the service level.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or solo practitioners?

Yes. Email [email protected] with a short note about what you do. Verified non-profits, legal aid organizations, and solo practitioners in their first year of practice get 50% off.
