Strictly necessary cookies

The DokuTrak app uses cookies and similar storage required for account sessions, security, fraud prevention, routing, and remembering consent choices. These are required for the service to work.

Analytics cookies

Google Analytics (GA4) sets first-party analytics cookies (such as_ga) to measure marketing-site traffic and traffic sources. These cookies are used for aggregate analytics only and never for advertising or document-content tracking.

GA4 uses Google Consent Mode and is denied by default. It only stores cookies and sends full analytics after you accept in the banner. Your choice is stored in the dt_consent cookie for 180 days and can be changed by clearing your cookies. Plausible is cookieless and always on.

Attribution cookie

The attribution cookie is set once, expires after about 90 days, and is used to connect signup source information to your account in PostHog Cloud EU product analytics.

What we do not use

DokuTrak does not use advertising cookies, document-content tracking, or recipient profiling.
