40% for 12 months, then 20%
You earn 40% of every paid invoice during the first 12 months of each workspace you bring, counted from its first paid invoice. After that, 20% of every invoice for as long as the customer stays. Upgrades count; the free trial does not.
Paid monthly, 45 days after each payment
A commission becomes payable 45 days after the invoice is paid, once the refund window has closed. Payouts go out once a month by PayPal or bank transfer, from $50, against your invoice.
90-day cookie, last click wins
Your link works on any page of dokutrak.com. A visitor who signs up within 90 days of clicking it is yours. If several partners sent the same person, the last click wins.

Who can join
Bloggers and creators
You publish for accountants, bookkeepers, mortgage brokers, lawyers, consultants or recruiters. Put your link in an article, a newsletter, a video description.
Advisors and consultants
You set up tools for firms, or recommend software to the clients you advise. One link covers every firm you bring.
DokuTrak customers
You use DokuTrak and a peer asks what you use to collect client documents. Your link is in your partner dashboard.
What you are recommending
DokuTrak collects client documents for accountants, bookkeepers, lawyers and other professionals. The professional sends a request; the client uploads from a link, without an account. DokuTrak follows up when the client stops answering, and flags files that look wrong or unreadable. The professional accepts each file.

1.What is commissioned
Every invoice paid by a workspace you brought, on the amount excluding tax, including upgrades to a larger plan. The first 12 months at 40% start at the workspace's first paid invoice; 20% applies after that for as long as the workspace stays. The free trial is not commissioned.
2.Validation
A commission is validated 45 days after the invoice is paid. It is cancelled if the invoice is refunded or disputed. A partial refund reduces it in proportion; a dispute won restores it.
3.Attribution
Last click within 90 days. The link places a first-party cookie on dokutrak.com; the account must be created after the click. Accounts created before the click are excluded, whatever they click later. Referring yourself, with any account, is not allowed.
4.What is not allowed
Bidding on the DokuTrak name or its variants in paid search. Coupon or voucher sites. Incentivised or invented reviews. Unsolicited email sent in the name of DokuTrak. Any claim about the product that does not appear on this site.
5.Disclosure
You must disclose, in writing, clearly and visibly next to your link or mention, that you are paid when someone subscribes through it. In a video or a podcast, say it out loud. This follows the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255). Certified public accountants also follow their own rules on referral fees and commissions (AICPA Code of Professional Conduct 1.520 and their state board rules); the program does not replace them.
6.Changes to the schedule
The schedule can change for new referrals with 30 days notice. Commissions already earned are kept at the rate in force when the invoice was paid.
7.Suspension
A breach of these terms suspends the partner at once. Pending commissions are cancelled; referrals already attributed stop earning.
8.Payout
Payable commissions above $50 are paid once a month, by PayPal or bank transfer, against an invoice from you. Bank details are asked for at the first payout and are not stored before.
9.Duration
The program runs for as long as it exists. You can leave at any time; commissions already validated are paid on the next payout.
