About Arthur
I built DokuTrak because I was tired of collecting documents over email. It is slow, you send the wrong file, finding the right version weeks later is hell, and you spend your life forwarding attachments — all before a single document turns out to be wrong.
I am also co-founder and CPO of Sobrii, a B2B SaaS platform running on 15,000+ devices in production, where I own product, engineering, and growth. Before that I led growth at several B2B startups. I trained in business law and tax (Paris-Panthéon-Assas, HEAD) and management (emlyon) — the exact world that DokuTrak customers, from bookkeepers to law firms, work in every day.
DokuTrak comes from that mix: the operational pain I lived and a real feel for the professionals who feel it worst. The product is intentionally narrow — secure no-account upload links, structured request lists, automated reminders, an AI first-pass that flags bad files, and human approval. No client account required.
What I write about
My articles focus on practical document intake workflows for US professional service firms: client portals, intake forms, request templates, AI document validation, and the operational cost of relying on email threads for sensitive paperwork.
You can read the full company story on the about page, browse the DokuTrak blog, or connect with me on LinkedIn.
