What this worksheet covers
This is a manual receipt tracker. It does not open files, check page counts, detect overlapping statement periods, or decide whether a statement is correct. Use the month label for your agreed statement period.
Questions about this tool
Does the tracker read my bank statements?
No. You enter account labels and update each month yourself. No statements are uploaded or analyzed.
Can I track statements across two calendar years?
Yes. Choose any continuous range of up to 24 months, including a range that crosses a year boundary. You can track up to 12 account labels.
What goes into the missing-statement request?
Only account-month pairs still marked Missing. Received and Not needed entries remain in the CSV, but are left out of the request.
