What this worksheet covers
This tool works from names you supply. It does not read file contents, rename files, merge PDFs, assign page numbers, or certify that a collection is complete. Duplicate file names are kept so you can distinguish them with notes.

Do I need to upload my documents?
No. Paste file names only. The tool does not open your documents or inspect their contents.
Can I keep duplicate file names?
Yes. Each line gets its own reference. Add a description to distinguish files with the same name, or remove a duplicate row yourself.
Does the index rename my files?
No. References exist only in the index. Your original files and their names stay unchanged.
