PayPal sends HTML receipt emails for every transaction. Detailed receipts and bulk exports are available from the Activity page on paypal.com.

How to Download Invoices from PayPal's Website
You can also download invoices directly from PayPal's portal:
- Log in at paypal.com and go to Activity
- Click on the specific transaction
- Click "View" or "Print" to see receipt details
- Use the Download icon to save as PDF, or go to Reports → Activity Download for bulk exports

How far back can I find PayPal invoices?
PayPal keeps up to 7 years of transaction history. You can download up to 12 months at a time. For older records, contact PayPal support.
What if a PayPal invoice is missing from my email?
Check spam for emails from service@paypal.com. Receipts are always available in your PayPal Activity page even if the email is missing.
Can my accountant access my PayPal invoices?
