I run 3 companies. Every quarter, my accountant asks for all my invoices. I used to spend an entire day going through 3 email accounts, downloading PDFs from Amazon, Stripe, OVH, Adobe, and dozens of other services. Some invoices are attachments, some are links in the email, some require logging into a portal. It was a nightmare.

So I built Dokutrak — a tool that scans your email inboxes and finds every single invoice automatically.

How it works

Dokutrak uses a 7-layer AI detection system that checks attachments, email body content, and download links to find every invoice hiding in your inbox. You connect your email with OAuth read-only access — we never see your password. Once the scan is complete, you get an organized ZIP file with all your invoices sorted by company.

Why pay-per-use?

You only need your invoices once or twice a year. Why pay $30/month for something you use twice? Dokutrak charges a one-time fee starting at $19.99. Scan when you need to, pay only for what you use.
