eBay sends order confirmation emails but does NOT provide formal invoices. For a proper invoice, you must request one from the seller directly.

How to Download Invoices from eBay's Website
You can also download invoices directly from eBay's portal:
- Log in and go to My eBay → Purchase History
- Find the order and click "View Order Details"
- Click "Print" or use browser Print → Save as PDF
- For formal invoices, contact the seller directly

Standard purchase history shows 3 years. For older records, use 'Request your eBay data' in account settings (back to 2001).
What if an eBay invoice is missing from my email?
Check spam for emails from ebay@ebay.com. Also check My Messages in your eBay account — all legitimate communications are duplicated there.
Can my accountant access my eBay invoices?
