GitHub sends receipt emails after each payment. PDF invoices can be downloaded from your billing settings under Payment history.

How to Download Invoices from GitHub's Website
You can also download invoices directly from GitHub's portal:
- Go to Settings > Billing and plans
- Scroll to Payment history
- Click on the Receipt or Invoice link
- Download the PDF
