AWS sends a notification email when your monthly invoice is ready. The PDF must be downloaded from the AWS Billing Console.

How to Download Invoices from AWS's Website
You can also download invoices directly from AWS's portal:
- Sign in to the AWS Management Console
- Navigate to Billing & Cost Management → Bills
- Select the month/period and click the Invoice ID
- Download the PDF invoice
