Booking.com sends booking confirmations, NOT invoices. The actual invoice must be requested from the hotel or property directly. For Booking.com for Business accounts, invoices are available as PDFs.

How to Download Invoices from Booking.com's Website
You can also download invoices directly from Booking.com's portal:
- Log in and go to "My Trips" or "Bookings"
- Select the relevant reservation
- Click "Request an invoice" (available before or after checkout)
- The hotel will email the invoice after your stay
